At K B Traders, we proudly operate QuizGenius — our AI-powered online quiz platform. Since QuizGenius is a digital service, our shipping and delivery policy is as follows:

📦 For QuizGenius (Digital Products):

All quizzes, access links, and results are delivered digitally and instantly.
After successful payment, users are either:
- redirected directly to the quiz, or
- receive access credentials via email or WhatsApp.
No physical shipment is involved for QuizGenius packages.
In case of non-receipt of digital access, users must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for resolution.
