Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy

About K B Traders

K B Traders is the parent company operating and managing multiple digital products and services.

The official parent company website, www.kbtraders.co.in, is primarily used for company information, legal policies, payments and billing, customer support, business announcements, and links to K B Traders products.

Our current digital products are:

  • QuizGenius – An online educational learning and assessment platform. QuizGenius is currently available through www.kbtraders.co.in and will gradually transition to its dedicated website, www.quizgeniuskb.com.
  • KB Ride Connect – An online vehicle availability directory that helps travellers connect directly with vehicle owners or drivers through its dedicated website, www.kbride.in.

As K B Traders grows, additional products and services may also operate through their own dedicated domains while remaining owned, managed, supported, and legally operated by K B Traders.

Payments, billing support, company information, customer support, and legal policies may continue to be handled through K B Traders and www.kbtraders.co.in, even where a product operates through a separate dedicated domain.

By purchasing or using any paid service offered through any K B Traders platform, website, or product domain, you agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy.

1. QuizGenius – Digital Subscription Packages

All yearly subscription packages (including ₹200, ₹500, ₹1000, ₹1500, ₹2500 and any future subscription plans) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated.

Subscription Validity

QuizGenius subscriptions provide access to quizzes, learning resources and eligible educational features until 31st May as per the academic cycle.

  • Subscriptions purchased between February and December remain valid until 31st May of the following year.
  • Subscriptions purchased during January remain valid until 31st May of the same year.

Example: A subscription purchased in February may remain valid for approximately 16 months, ending on 31st May of the following year.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A verified technical error occurred during payment and access was not provided.
  • The purchased subscription could not be activated due to a verified system fault on our side.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • User device issues.
  • Poor internet connectivity.
  • Incorrect login credentials.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the subscription after activation.

2. KB Ride Connect – Registration & Listing Fees

KB Ride Connect is an online vehicle availability directory operated by K B Traders through www.kbride.in.

Registration / Verification Fee

The registration and document verification fee, including promotional or revised pricing displayed on the platform, is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the verification process has started.

The registration fee covers:

  • Administrative processing
  • Document verification
  • Account setup

It is not a booking fee, travel fee or refundable security deposit.

Weekly Listing Fee

Weekly listing fees paid for displaying approved vehicle listings are non-refundable once the listing has been activated for the selected billing period.

Removing, pausing or cancelling a listing before the billing period ends does not make the payment eligible for any refund or credit.

A paid weekly listing period continues to run even if the vehicle is hidden or delisted because a mandatory document expires, becomes invalid, is rejected, or is not renewed promptly.

The paid period will not be paused, extended, transferred, credited, or refunded in such circumstances.

If a valid renewed document is uploaded and approved before the active weekly period ends, the listing may be restored for the remaining days of that same paid period.

If the paid period expires before the renewed document is accepted, the unused listing time is lost and a new weekly listing fee must be paid before the vehicle becomes visible again.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment has been successfully deducted for the same service.
  • A verified technical issue prevented registration or listing activation after successful payment.
  • A verified system fault prevented K B Traders from providing the purchased service.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information submitted.
  • Invalid, false or unverifiable documents.
  • Failure to complete the verification process.
  • Suspension or rejection due to violation of platform policies.
  • Expired documents or delayed document renewal.
  • Loss of unused weekly display time caused by delayed renewal or approval.
  • User device issues or internet connectivity problems.

3. Rewards & Certificates (QuizGenius)

QuizGenius may issue digital certificates of achievement to eligible users through their registered email address.

Certificates and recognition-based rewards are provided solely for educational motivation.

Rewards, certificates and recognitions are not exchangeable for cash, UPI transfers or bank transfers.

4. No Cash Refunds

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed only through the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

Working days exclude Sundays and notified public holidays.

Cash refunds or offline refunds are not supported.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Every request is reviewed individually based on payment records, platform logs and applicable policies.

The final decision of K B Traders shall be binding, subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Manual QR Payment Verification (Version 1.0)

Until an integrated online payment gateway is introduced, payments may be accepted through manual QR payment verification.

For every refund request, users must provide:

  • Payment Screenshot
  • UTR / Transaction Reference Number
  • Registered Login ID or Email
  • Product Name: QuizGenius or KB Ride Connect
  • Brief description of the issue

Refund requests without sufficient payment proof may not be processed.

The above payment details help K B Traders verify transactions submitted through manual QR payments before processing any refund request.

6. Document Expiry & Auto-Delisting (KB Ride Connect)

Vehicle listings may be automatically hidden or delisted on the same day if mandatory documents, including Insurance, PUC, Driving Licence, Fitness Certificate where applicable, or other required documents, expire.

Normal like-for-like renewal of an expiring or expired document for the same approved owner, driver and vehicle is free. However, the renewed copy must be uploaded promptly and accepted through the applicable verification process.

Auto-delisting due to expired, invalid, rejected, unclear or unverified documents shall not make any registration fee or weekly listing fee refundable.

The active weekly period continues to run during delisting and is not paused, extended, transferred, credited or refunded.

Vehicle owners may restore their listing by completing the required renewal or verification process in accordance with the applicable platform policy.

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should normally be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment.

For verified technical errors or system faults, K B Traders may, at its discretion, consider refund requests received after 24 hours where sufficient evidence is provided.

Refund requests received after 24 hours for reasons other than verified technical or system faults may not be considered.

8. Fraudulent Payment Claims

Submitting forged, altered or misleading payment proof, transaction references or supporting documents may result in:

  • Immediate rejection of the refund request.
  • Suspension or permanent restriction of the related account.
  • Any further action permitted under applicable law.

9. Platform Disclaimer (KB Ride Connect)

KB Ride Connect is an online vehicle availability directory.

The platform:

  • Does not provide transportation services.
  • Does not operate as a taxi service.
  • Does not act as a booking platform.
  • Does not determine fares.
  • Does not charge commission per trip.
  • Does not become a party to any agreement between travellers and vehicle owners.

All travel arrangements, pricing, negotiations and journey-related decisions are made directly between the traveller and the vehicle owner or driver.

10. Promotional Offers

Any promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounts or special campaigns offered by K B Traders, QuizGenius or KB Ride Connect are subject to this Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Policy Amendments

K B Traders reserves the right to modify, update or revise this Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy at any time.

Any changes shall become effective from the date they are published on the official website.

Continued use of QuizGenius or KB Ride Connect after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nanded, Maharashtra, India, subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements.
