Each product may operate independently through its dedicated website while remaining owned, managed, supported, and legally operated by K B Traders. This Privacy Policy applies to users of QuizGenius and KB Ride Connect, including students, parents or legal guardians, educators, travellers, vehicle owners, and drivers.

It applies across K B Traders websites, product domains, applications, account portals, payment processes, support channels, and related digital services, including:

4. QuizGenius Data Collection

For QuizGenius, we may collect:

Student or user name

Selected class, grade, category, or subject
Parent or legal guardian contact details, where applicable
Quiz attempts, responses, scores, speed, and learning progress
Subscription and payment history
Certificates, achievements, and eligibility records
Optional school, teacher, tutor, or parent email details submitted for certificate delivery

This information may be used to provide exam-practice services, maintain learning records, calculate performance, issue eligible certificates, manage subscriptions, and protect the integrity of the platform.

Where a user voluntarily provides a school, teacher, tutor, parent, or guardian email address for certificate delivery, that address will be used only for the stated purpose and related service communication.

5. KB Ride Connect Data Collection

For KB Ride Connect, we may collect:

Owner or account-holder name
Email address and Google Account information used for sign-in
Phone and WhatsApp numbers
Alternate contact number, where optionally provided
City, state, district, PIN code, or base-location information
Owner, driver, and vehicle details
Vehicle registration number, model, type, manufacturer, year, fuel type, and colour
Driving Licence details and expiry date
RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, and related expiry information
Owner, driver, and vehicle photographs
Route, travel date, departure time, return journey, and listing information
Verification, approval, correction, suspension, renewal, and listing-status records
Payment screenshots, UTR or transaction references, and payment-verification records
Consent, WhatsApp confirmation, reminder, and support communication records

Travellers using the public directory may be able to search without creating an owner account. Limited search and session information may still be processed for security, service operation, demand analysis, rate limiting, and misuse prevention.

6. Google Sign-In and Account Authentication

Where Google Sign-In is available, we may receive basic account information authorized by the user, such as:

Name
Email address
Google account identifier
Basic profile information made available for authentication

This information is used to authenticate the user, create or connect an account, secure access, and prevent unauthorized use.

We do not access unrelated Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, passwords, or other private Google Account information merely because Google Sign-In is used.

Authentication may be supported through services such as Firebase Authentication. Passwords or authentication credentials handled by an authentication provider are not intentionally stored by K B Traders in readable, plain-text form.

7. KB Ride Connect Document Upload and Verification

KB Ride Connect may collect documents including:

Driving Licence
Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
Insurance document
Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
Fitness Certificate, where applicable
Owner or driver photograph
Vehicle photographs

These documents are collected for identity, vehicle, document, expiry, platform-quality, security, and administrative verification purposes.

Verification conducted by KB Ride Connect is for directory administration and quality control. It does not constitute legal advice, a transport-permit decision, or a determination that a vehicle may lawfully be used for any particular purpose.

Uploaded verification documents:

Are not displayed to travellers or the general public
Are stored in access-restricted cloud storage
Are accessible only to authorized personnel or approved service providers where reasonably necessary
May be reviewed to identify incomplete, expired, mismatched, unclear, or invalid submissions

Public listings display only limited vehicle, route, availability, and verification-related information required for the directory service. Sensitive documents and complete private account records are not intended to be included in public listings.

8. AI-Assisted and Automated Verification

Where implemented and where appropriate consent or another lawful basis exists, documents or submitted information may be processed using automated tools to assist authorized administrators.

Automated tools may help:

Read document fields
Identify expiry dates
Compare submitted details
Detect unclear or incomplete uploads
Highlight possible mismatches or duplicate submissions
Prioritize records requiring human review

Automated processing is intended to assist verification and administration. Final approval, rejection, correction, suspension, pricing, and compliance decisions remain with authorized human administrators.

Where an external technology provider is used, we aim to share only the information reasonably required for the relevant check and to use available privacy, security, retention, and training-control settings appropriate to the service.

9. Payments and Financial Information

Payments may be accepted through approved methods, including manual QR payment verification and, where introduced, integrated payment facilitators or payment gateways.

We do not intentionally store complete debit-card or credit-card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking passwords.

Payment and transaction records may be used for account activation, subscription management, listing services, verification, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and refund requests under our Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy.

11. WhatsApp, Email, and Service Communications

We may use the registered email address or WhatsApp number to send:

Subscription, payment, refund, and listing-fee updates

Essential account, legal, payment, security, and verification messages may continue where reasonably required to provide or protect the service.

Users may be offered a method to stop or reduce optional promotional or demand-alert communications without affecting essential account messages.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.

14. KB Ride Connect Public Listings and Direct Contact

KB Ride Connect is an online vehicle availability directory and not a transport, taxi, fare, or booking service.

Public listings may display limited information such as:

Vehicle model and type
Route and travel date
Departure or return-journey information
Availability status
A verification indicator, where applicable
A contact action that enables communication with the relevant owner or driver

Government-issued documents, document images, private account information, payment proofs, and administrative records are not intended to appear in public search results.

When a traveller chooses to contact an owner or driver, limited information necessary to enable the communication may be processed. Once users communicate directly through WhatsApp or another external service, that service’s privacy practices also apply.

15. Cross-Border Processing and Data Transfers

K B Traders may use cloud, authentication, analytics, communication, payment, or technical service providers whose systems or personnel are located outside the user’s state, province, or country.

As a result, personal information may be stored, accessed, supported, or processed in India or in other jurisdictions, including through Google, Firebase, or other approved infrastructure.

The privacy and data-protection laws of another jurisdiction may differ from those in the user’s country.

Where cross-border processing occurs, K B Traders will take reasonable steps appropriate to its role and the applicable law to protect the information and use service providers offering suitable privacy and security controls.

Cross-border transfers will remain subject to any restrictions, requirements, or directions imposed under applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services involved.

QuizGenius is intended for educational use by students, including users who may be minors under applicable law.

Parents, legal guardians, schools, and educators should supervise a minor’s use of QuizGenius where appropriate.

Account creation, consent, and subscription payments for a minor should be completed by, or with the involvement and authorization of, a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

For users in India, personal data relating to children will be handled subject to applicable requirements under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and other applicable legal requirements as they become effective.

For users in the United States, where QuizGenius is directed to children under 13 or K B Traders has actual knowledge that personal information is being collected online from a child under 13, K B Traders will seek verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing that child’s personal information, except where an applicable legal exception permits otherwise.

Where required parental consent has not been obtained, access to relevant account features may be restricted, suspended, or declined until appropriate consent is received.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us to:

KB Ride Connect account, verification, vehicle, and listing records may be retained while the account, vehicle, or listing remains active.
KB Ride Connect verification documents may ordinarily be retained during an active account or listing and for up to 180 days after account closure, final listing expiry, rejection, or termination where reasonably required for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or compliance.
Documents may be deleted or anonymized earlier when they are no longer reasonably required.
Information may be retained longer than 180 days where required by law, a lawful order, an unresolved payment or legal dispute, fraud investigation, tax or accounting requirement, or protection of legal rights.
Payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable financial, accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Security logs, audit records, consent records, and administrative decisions may be retained for a reasonable period to protect the platform and demonstrate compliance.
Anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for analytics, research, security, and service improvement.

Users may request account deletion by contacting K B Traders. Account deletion may result in loss of access to subscriptions, learning records, certificates, vehicle records, listings, and associated services.

Certain information may continue to be retained after account deletion where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, disputes, or enforcement of legal rights.

21. Withdrawal of Consent and Communication Preferences

Where personal information is processed based on consent, a user may request to withdraw that consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal and may not affect processing permitted or required under another lawful basis.

Where information is essential for account authentication, verification, payment records, document compliance, security, or delivery of a requested service, withdrawing consent may prevent continued use of some or all platform features.

Optional communications may be managed through available opt-out methods or by contacting us.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and other applicable laws and regulations as and when their relevant provisions become enforceable.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any mandatory privacy rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nanded, Maharashtra, India.
